- Registry Monitoring Insurance Services, Inc. (RMIS) provides a "checklist" out to our members which can be used as a reference tool for gathering all required documentation to file a claim
against a motor carrier and their insurance providers.
- Our Claims Assistance checklist is provided prior to filing a formal claim against
your Contingent Cargo Insurance Coverage, which is provided through Roanoke Trade Services,
Inc., the broker of record. The Claims Assistance Program is not legal representation,
but rather a value-added service which is part of our Membership Program offered
to our clients.
